These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via the OWNLY webshop.
By completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.

OWNLY is operated as a sole proprietorship.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Ownly is not VAT-registered, and therefore no VAT is added.

Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

The price applicable at the time of order is the valid price.

Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Shopify's payment solutions.

Ownly does not have access to your full card details.

Conclusion of agreement

A binding agreement is entered into when you receive an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:

  • Technical errors
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Obvious pricing errors

In such cases, you will be contacted, and any payment will be refunded.

Personalized design

When ordering a personalized design, the process is as follows:

  • The customer sends an inquiry via e-mail
  • OWNLY sends a design proposal and final price
  • The customer approves the design
  • The customer receives a MobilePay request
  • Production is initiated after payment is registered

A binding agreement is only entered into upon the customer's approval and received payment.

There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products in accordance with Section 18, Subsection 2, No. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Production

All products are manufactured upon order (print-on-demand).

Since products are produced individually for each order, minor variations in color, placement, and print may occur.

This is not considered a defect or fault.

Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the "Delivery & returns" page.

OWNLY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

Limitation of liability

OWNLY cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, including operating losses, lost profits, or other consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property rights

All content on the webshop, including designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, and texts, belongs to OWNLY and may not be copied, used, or distributed without prior written permission.

Governing law and venue

Any dispute shall be settled according to Danish law.
